Cosette had a situation. One she was sure she had the ability to solve. She had a collapsed entry point to the cave, abducted personnel, and an alien ship hovering outside watching for anyone who emerged from the cave. She had no idea why the aliens took her people and was positive she didn’t want to know, but she was determined to get them back.

Utilizing a back entrance, Cosette leads a team on her own invasion to hunt and eliminate the alien force and rescue or recover her people. With their limited numbers and weapons that did little damage to the aliens, Cosette devised a daring plan to strike fast, rescue her people, and flee, but even if she managed to pull off this suicidal endeavor, the aliens would just return and do more damage to the cave crushing them inside.

Though she had no choice but to continue her mission she knew she needed an edge when it came to battling this enemy. She found that edge in the most unlikely of places, strange creatures that inhabited the planet and had their own hatred of the aliens. Despite the new allies assistance, they were still outnumbered, outgunned, and defending a cave that could be brought down on top of them. As the enemy approached Cosette struggled to formulate a plan to keep them all alive while wondering why she ever wanted to be a leader.
